Refunds (Faulty or Incorrect Items)

Refunds are available if your item is:
• Faulty
• Damaged
• Incorrectly supplied
• Not as described

This applies to all products, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.


All Other Returns (Store Credit)


For all other return requests, including change of mind, we offer store credit.

This includes situations such as:
• Choosing the wrong size
• Colour preference
• Deciding the item is no longer needed

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• In original condition and packaging

Store credit is issued once the return is approved and received.


Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs for non-fault returns are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked return service


Processing Time


Approved store credits or refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
